Product Development Specialist - Construction Materials

  • You will Market & Manage the Company's Growing Portfolio of Construction Chemicals.  You WILL BE THE EXPERT!
Our client has had a strong and well known presence in Australia for over 50 years.  Anyone working in the Construction Industry will know and will have used their products.
Part of a major multinational Company with a presence in the Asian, North American, Middle Eastern and European markets, they take pride in the provision of quality products that are respected throughout the Industry.
You will be the Company's Technical Expert!
Your knowledge and expertise in the development and use of construction chemicals will allow you to develop a strong and broad range of new products to complement the Company's existing portfolio. This will lead to continuous growth and diversification to meet ever-changing client and market needs.
To be successful in your application you will need to meet the below criteria:
  • At least 5 years in product development of Construction Chemicals for Infrastructure and Concreting applications
  • Strong knowledge of applications
    of Epoxy and Cementitious Grouts and Concrete Repair Compounds
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Action oriented
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Analytical, Computer literate with high mechanical aptitude skills
  • Experience in manufacturing
    cement and epoxy compounds desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications such as Bachelorís Degree in Science (Chemistry), Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering well regarded. If you do not hold a formal qualification, many years of practical experience will suffice
