Production Manager - Bakery

Our Sydney based client is opening a new Melbourne central kitchen in South Melbourne and is looking for a Production Manager to manage day to day activities, stock levels and staff.
 
To be eligible for this full time permanent role, you must have a Patisserie certificate or equivalent qualification with experience in food handling (cakes or similar products), at least 2 years experience in a similar role and have demonstrated experience in managing a minimum of 5 people. The ideal candidate must not have an allergy to wheat.
 
You must be available to start Monday 6th July 2009. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with some flexibility.
