Permanent Part-Time Microbiologist

Our client, an Australian owned and operated herbal extracts company, is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Microbiologist to work in their TGA licensed facility.
 
You will be working 4 days/week (flexible), totalling 20 hours, for a company committed to supplying the highest and finest quality herbal medicines.
 
The successful candidates will be undertaking the following tasks:
 
  • Microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
  • Media Preparation.
  • Ensuring GLP and GMP requirements are met as well as all testing complying with company SOP's.
 
To be considered for this role you must possess the following criteria:
 
  • BSc preferably in Microbiology, or closely related discipline.
  • Exposure to GMP will be highly regarded 
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and time management skills.
