ChemSkill's Head Office, based in beautiful St Kilda Road, Melbourne, is looking for a Receptionist / Administration Officer. 
 
With Recruitment, Regulatory Consulting and Technical Training Divisions, ChemSkill is well respected by both national and international clients as a Provider of Choice!  Many of our clients are household names who routinely rely on our Consultants for their technical needs.
 
Due to staff movement, we are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our great team and provide administrative services to our Financial Controller.  This is an important role and the right person must have experience in administration / customer service  roles together with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
 
As the successful candidate, your reception duties will include the answering of all incoming calls, greeting of visitors, maintaining the meeting rooms/ boardroom and ensuring visitors are given refreshments.  As an administration officer, you will sort daily mail, do the banking when required, invoice clients and ensure invoices get paid. 
 
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following requirements:
 
  • Previous experience in Reception and Administration duties. 
 
  • As you will be the first point of contact for our business, you will be confident, well groomed, look professional and be well mannered at all times.
 
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise a range of tasks.
 
  • Excellent time management skills and a passion to succeed in a busy environment.  
 
  • You must be accurate when dealing with numbers and have a typing speed of at least 80 wpm.
 
  • Good team player.
  • Working knowledge of Quick Books would be an advantage but not essential.
 
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel is required.
     
    This role is a three month contract with view to permanency.
