Regulatory Affairs Associate - Cosmetics

Our client, an Australian owned and operated manufacturer of  therapeutic products, is looking for an experienced  Regulatory Affairs Associate to join their team.
 
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a diversified product portfolio, across all classifications. You will be expected to:
 
  • Certify that all product labels are in accordance with applicable guidelines within the cosmetic industry
  • Organise applications and lodge submissions with associated Regulatory Bodies such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
  • Represent the company in co-ordinating compliance matters
  • Develop and write up cosmetic product dossiers to be presented to export markets
 
To be eligible for this position you must adhere to the following criteria:
 
  • Qualifications in Chemistry or a related scientific field
  • 2-5 years experience in regulatory affairs in cosmetics, preferably with exposure to the TGA
  • Ability to work well autonomously while following the correct policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate articulately with internal and external personnel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competence in the use of computers and MS Office software
 
Salary will be negotiated depending on level of experience and exposure to cosmetic industry.
