Our client, Australian Botanical Products, is Australia‚Äôs leading supplier of natural essential oils and vegetable oils to the food, beverage, hygiene and cosmetic industries.
 
As a global manufacturer of essential oils & fragrances they hold licences for Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) whilst manufacturing under the industry standard of the code Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 
 
Due to staff movement, they are currently seeking a 'hands on' Quality Assurance Manager.
 
Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside  the Operations Manager, you will possess a strong understanding of liquid filling and have recent Quality experience in a pharmaceutical environment. As the QA Manager, you will ensure products are manufactured  according to the principles of GMP and approved procedures in this TGA licensed  facility.
 
With an appreciation of this highly regulated industry you will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and comfortable communicating ideas to people at all levels.  Your leadership qualities will  create a positive effect on your small but dedicated team, and colleagues alike.

To be  short listed for this role, you must be  able to demonstrate the following;
 
 
  • Tertiary qualifications in chemistry or similar.  Applicants holding a relevant Certificate and/or Diploma qualification are encouraged to apply
 
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
 
  • A background in Quality Assurance
 
  • Be willing, flexible and diligent
 
  • Excellent interpersonal, people management and organisational Skills
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
