Our client, a highly regarded and well established producer of Herbal Medicine products, has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their expanding manufacturing operations. 
With a “hands on” approach you will be responsible for ensuring that product is manufactured according to the principles of GMP in this TGA licensed facility.  We also want someone that is great at nurturing their staff to ensure that they reach their full potential.  This Company knows that the staff are going to be the cornerstone of their success.
Along with training and developing your staff in all areas of this highly regulated environment, you will be safety conscious and your administration skills will ensure that compliance to the cGMP is continually achieved.
Your leadership qualities will create a positive effect on your team and colleagues alike. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and confident in communicating ideas with all levels of this supportive business. 
As tertiary qualifications are not mandatory this is a very rare and exciting opportunity for a dedicated, experienced operator to become part of a business with enormous potential for growth. 
You may have had experience in a similar industry and are looking for the next step in your career; however you must first demonstrate the following requirements.
  • Well established working knowledge of the Australian code of GMP (TGA).
  • Progressive production experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Efficient and resourceful organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Exceptional leadership and training skills with the ability to influence and create positive change in those that you work with.
A forklift license will also be highly regarded.
