Our client, an Australian owned and operated supplier of Complimentary Medicine is looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their friendly, yet professional team. 
 
This is a full time, permanent opportunity for someone with relevant experience in QC and QA as well as strong interpersonal skills to take a fantastic step in their career.
 
In this role, your purpose will be to establish, validate, implement and oversee all QC procedures, to ensure the Quality requirements of all products are met before sale.
 
Some of your duties will include the sign-off all relevant documents and procedures related to QC, approval and rejection of materials and finished products, evaluation of Batch records, ensuring necessary testing is completed and labelling is accurate, as well as complaints investigation.
 
In addition to these duties, you will also be the right fit for this close-knit company. It will be important that you develop and maintain a strong working relationship and lines of communication with all team members who are associated with Quality Assurance.
 
To be eligible for this position you must meet to the following criteria:
 
  • Qualifications in a Science or Pharmaceutical discipline
  • Past experience in Quality Control and Assurance, preferably within the Complimentary Healthcare Industry
  • Must be a good character, who is reliable, self confident and able to follow instructions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow you to deal with both internal and external contacts
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
  • Great investigative qualities and time management
  • Competence in the use of computers and MS Office software
