Our client, is Australia‚Äôs leading independent precious metals refiner and who service the jewellery, dental and mining industries.  The premises boast the latest, state of the art technology in refining. Excellent staff facilities include well appointed eating areas as well as a gymnasium and a fantastic team.
 
They are currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin Support to join their great team and provide administrative services.  This is an important role and requires a professional and energetic person, with who has polite and confident phone manner.
 
This person will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and will be looking for a secure, long-term role.  The right candidate will have worked as receptionist before, or in an Administration role where you have dealt with customers.
 
Some of your duties as a Receptionist/Admin Support will include the answering of incoming calls, greeting of visitors, invoicing and preparing dispatch notes. You will also provide administrative support to the financial officer, including filing and auditing. 
 
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following requirements:
 
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or Administrative role, where you have dealt with customers.  
 
  • As you will be the first point of contact for the business, you will be confident, well groomed, look professional and be well mannered at all times.
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise a range of tasks.
 
  • Excellent time management skills and a passion to succeed in a busy environment.  
 
  • You must be accurate when dealing with numbers and have  a good typing speed.
 
  • Good team player.
     
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel and general computer skills
