Our client, Australia's leading independent Precious Metals Refiner, currently have an exciting opportunity  for an all-rounder receptionist to assist with their varied duties. Their premises boast the latest, state of the art technology in refining. Located just 4km from CBD, their Excellent facilities,  include new modern corporate offices as well as a gymnasium and a fantastic team.
 
They are currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin Support to join their young team and provide administrative services to the senior staff and directors of the company.  This is an important role and requires a professional and energetic person, who has clear and confident phone manner.
 
This person will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and will be looking for a secure, long-term role.  The right candidate will have worked as receptionist before, or in an Administration role.
 
Duties will include the answering of incoming calls,  invoicing and preparing dispatch notes,  as well as ordering Uniforms and Office Materials.  You will also provide administrative support to the financial officer. You wont be bored in this all-rounder varied role!
 
 
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following requirements:
 
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
 
  • You must have excellent computer skills, and  be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
 
  • As you will be the first point of contact for the business, you will be confident, well groomed, look professional and be well mannered at all times.
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise a range of tasks.
 
  • Excellent time management skills and a passion to succeed in a busy environment.
