GMP Compliance Associate

  • Rare Fully Autonomous Regulatory Role
  • Be well Rewarded in this Friendly and Professional Company
  • Opportunity to Oversee the Whole System
Our client, a manufacturer of therapeutic products, is looking for an experienced GMP Compliance Associate to join their friendly, yet professional team.

Initially, this is a 6 month fixed term tenure so the successful candidate will be entitled to all benefits associated with a permanent position.  After the initial period the position will be extended as required to complete the assignment which could be up to an additional six months.

The Company already has a System in place, however they need to update to the latest version of PIC/S GMP.  So initially you will need to perform a review (gap analysis) to determine where the Company currently has deficiencies.  Then you will need to close out these deficiencies.  You will have support from others, however you will be the point of call for preparing new SOP's, coordinating the training, organising any equipment validation and setting up the internal audit and review system.

To be eligible for this position you must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications in a Science or a Pharmaceutical discipline.
  • Experience in a regulatory role, preferably in QA/Compliance, in Pharmaceuticals Manufacture.
  • Ability to work well autonomously while following the correct policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow you to deal with both internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • Great investigative and problem solving qualities.
  • Exceptional time management skills to allow you to work through the System methodically.

If you are a dedicated QA professional with the appropriate skills set why not take the opportunity. If you believe yourself suitable and you meet the criteria mentioned above, please send your Resume along with an Application Letter to ChemSkill by using the "APPLY" button below.

To discuss this position, please feel free to call Helen, Tanya or Mark on (03) 9516 0100 during office hours.

All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.  Please note that due to the large number of applications we receive, only those that are short-listed will be contacted for an initial screening interview. All applicants CV's will remain on our database to be considered for future positions.
