To be part of Waterford you will have a passion for Business Development and an understanding of the recruitment process OR be willing to learn. 
To be short-listed you will have Tertiary Qualifications in a business discipline such as Marketing, Management or Accounting.  Qualifications in  Human Resources will be highly regarded, but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, a good grasp of Microsoft Office computer packages and excellent presentation.  Your time management skills will enable you to prioritise and plan your work effectively to meet deadlines.
This role will report to the Managing Director and National Client Services Manager.
