Technicians Service & Maintenance - WA, QLD, NSW & VIC

  • Trade Certificate in either Electrical or Mechanical
  • Positions in WA, NSW, Queensland and Victoria

The Australian Division of this international company provides services and products nationally, with a large number of branches and sub-branches to serve all major cities and remote areas in Australia. They provide custom-solutions for HVAC, heating, refrigeration, cooling equipment to a variety of industries.
 
 
As part of the Company's continued expansion, many Service & Maintenance Mechanical & Electrical technicians are needed across the country. You will work with portable cooling towers, materials handling equipment, portable buildings, compressors, heat exchangers, generators, etc. The roles will involve providing technical solutions, working with a range of customers in the service, repair, maintenance and installation of equipment.
 
 
To be successful with these roles, you will have the following experience and attributes: 
  • For the Mechanical Service Technician roles you will have a strong mechanical aptitude with a mechanical trade certificate or an associate diploma in mechanical engineering. Either pumps, generators, aircraft maintenance or compressors experience would be an advantage
  • For the Electrical Service Technician roles you will be able to read and correctly interpret Electrical Diagrams and the function of electrical components.
 
  • Be familiar with good maintenance practices. Experience in fault diagnoses, plant maintenance, engineering or fitter and turner experience would be looked on favourably.
  • Be able to liaise with a range of customers, be able to work on site and branches autonomously but also as part of a team and ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers at all levels
  • Ability to write routine reports, correspondence and basic computer skills.
  • You must have a valid driver's license. A current forklift licence and ARC licence will be an advantage.
