Hotel (Accommodation) Duty Manager

Our client is a global hotel group, renowned for its world class customer service and luxury accommodation.  The company's Melbourne's CBD-based property is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused, friendly, driven, experienced duty manager to join their Front Office team.
Position Description
  • Implementing Front Office goals
  • Managing daily operations, ensuring procedures are adhered to
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service
  • Supporting employees with regards to guest queries and complaints
  • Carrying out Night Audit shift as necessary
  • Supervising employees
  • Overseeing cashiering procedures
The Successful Applicant
You must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a hotel Front Office is mandatory
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Solid customer service background
  • A passion for providing exceptional service to guests
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
