Senior Technical Document Writer - Global Pharmaceutical Company

Our client is a well-known Global Pharmaceutical company with excellent facilities and a friendly, supportive work environment. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Chemist with some knowledge of microbiology and a desire to utilise their strong writing capabilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge and understanding of Chemistry in a GMP environment together with experience writing technical documents relating to the manufacturing of prescription medicines.

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
  • Experience working as a Chemist in the Pharmaceutical/nutraceutical Industry with some exposure to Microbiology.
  • Exceptional writing skills and excellent computer literacy.
  • Must have experience writing Laboratory documentation (specifications and test methods) - experience as a technical document writer in a similar role will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be liaising with personnel of all levels of the company.
  • Experience with Pharmacopia would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • MUST have a good eye for detail, be a good team player and reliable
