Documentation Coordinator - Medical Devices

Due to company growth and development, our client, a company involved in the research, development and manufacture of medical devices is looking to employ a Documentation Coordinator to work in their new state-of-the-art premises.
 
The Company provides a very supportive and flexible work environment and as such they are looking for a responsible, honest and ethical person to join their scientific staff.
 
Duties of the Documentation Co-ordinator include but is not limited to-
  • raising new documentation for staff in line with documentation and change control requirements.
  • progress documentation through various stages ensuring format and structure are correct and all approval signatures are obtained in  a timely manner.
  • distribute controlled copies and destroy superseded copies.
  • maintain Equipment History file with correct documentation.
  • train new employees in the correct techniques for completion of quality records.
  • prepare induction training records for new employees.
  • assist the documentation Manager in preparing KPI graphs for senior Management review on documentation control, change control and training.
 
To be eligible for this full time role you must have- 
  • tertiary qualifications in Science or similar
  • a minimum 2 years documentation experience in a quality environment
  • experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device GMP environment  is highly valued
  • knowledge of GMP and other regulatory standards (ISO 13485, European IVD Directive, Canadian Medical device Regulations) particularly in relation to documentation control, change control and training, will be highly regarded.
  • good administrative skills
  • knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Paradigm QMS software
  • good written and verbal communication skills
