ChemSkill can manage
the administration and assessment of appropriate psychometric and
aptitude tests as specified by the client, or as advised by our
Consultants, which may be deemed to be relevant to a job description
and requirements. Many forms of analyses are available and include
various Aptitude tests, the Preliminary Motives and Values test, 16PF,
the Thomas DISC Behavioural Profile Analysis. Aptitude tests evaluate
a candidates ability to cope with numerical, shorter verbal and
overall problem solving, DISC analysis generates a personal profile
with the option to provide additional reports based on the job
criteria, the Motives and Values test gives an indication of what will
motivate the applicant at work, what they enjoy doing or are best
suited to and the 16PF looks at the applicant's ability versus
competency.
