    • Three (3) months for roles with a salary below $100,000

    • Six (6) months for roles with a salary above $100,000

    If a suitable replacement cannot be provided within the agreed guarantee period, a refund will be issued in accordance with our terms.

    This significantly reduces hiring risk for permanent appointments.
