ChemSkill is one of Australia’s longest-established specialist scientific and technical consultancies, providing scientific recruitment and regulatory affairs expertise to industry and government since 1988.
Founded in Melbourne, ChemSkill began as a specialist practice delivering both scientific recruitment and regulatory affairs consulting. From those beginnings, we have grown to support organisations across all Australian states, while remaining proudly Australian-owned and managed.

ChemSkill was established in 1988 by Helen J Patronis to address a clear gap in the market: the need for advisors who genuinely understood science-based roles and regulated environments.
